The second Gilly’s was born in October 2023 and is managed by Gillians daughter Jayde.
Gillys@Bairds is located above Bairds Pharmacy at 11 Castle Street, Banff, AB45 1DH.
Pre Covid there was a café above the pharmacy and back in the day it was extremely popular, sadly the pandemic took its toll on the café and it remained closed for 3 years until the concept was rekindled in 2023 and the café was taken over by Gillys.
In conjunction with the Bairds family a brand new kitchen was installed on the first floor of the building, brand new equipment was provided throughout and over a period of 5 months the café took shape and opened in October 2024.
Upon opening Jayde, alongside her mother began to provide the same great tasting dishes that were perfected over many years, be it a hearty home made soup or a freshly baked warm scone, regardless of the time of day your appetite can always be met by the menu offering at Gilly’s@Bairds.
In addition to the standard menu there are daily specials available, the best way to keep up to date with everything that is happening simply follow the Gilly’s@Bairds on the dedicated Facebook Page.
