Once the pandemic had passed many catering outlets had started to diversify in order to survive, Gilly’s is no exception.
Peoples habits had changed and a different demand was born, outside catering supply that provided a range of home cooked and freshly prepared offerings for individuals, groups, families, businesses and various types of function, regardless of whether it was catering for 2 or 200 the idea began to grow and as such this part of our food product portfolio began to rapidly grow.
It is true that this type of offering is widely available but here at Gilly’s we have gained an excellent reputation due to the fact that what we do is home cooked and freshly prepared by a team who exact high standards of themselves.

Our Sandwiches are Deep Filled, our Sausage Rolls are made with the finest of Sausage Meat, our Scones are made fresh to order, the Chocolate we use in our Tray Bakes is the finest Callebaut Chocolate, our Fruit, Meats and Cheeses are locally sourced, we could go on and on, but the one underlying scenario across everything we do is that we not only aim to meet our customer’s expectations but we aim to exceed them, and that is the difference!
